RFB: your correct about percentages for HEC<ROR<PKC, I miscalculated using 1/3's. This definitely increases Harken's share. I do however have questions about Ecopetrols percentages. Maybe I'm wrong but, the way I read the 10-k, 50% Ecopetrol up to 60 million, then their percentage "progressively" increases until 150 million is reached, thereafter all alocation is 70%/30%. ( I can't even guess what progressively means) When is Ecopetrol going public-- I could be a buyer!! Ha Ha KWD Any opinions on what has happened to SABA?
