Ross Systems Names Head of e-Business Strategy and Initiatives Executive to Focus on Resynt e-Business Product Line and Other Internet Issues
ATLANTA, May 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading supplier of end-to-end enterprise management and e-business solutions for the process manufacturing, healthcare, and public sector markets, today announced Gary Nowacki as Vice President of e-Business Strategy and Initiatives. Mr. Nowacki will be the Ross executive responsible for all key planning and actions needed to transition Ross fully to e-business and will work with and support all Ross departments as needed to insure this transition. The Resynt e-business product line is central to Ross Systems' offerings for leveraging the Internet.

Mr. Nowacki joined Ross Systems in 1993 as an account executive from a thirteen-year career in technology including programming, consulting, sales and management. He has worked for Effective Management Systems (EMS), TEC Computer Systems and Xerox. While at Ross, Mr. Nowacki became the highest awarded regional sales director. He briefly left Ross Systems for a year with I2, the supply chain management software giant. When returning to Ross, he spear-headed the sell-side e-commerce project that grew into the Resynt e-business product family. Mr. Nowacki has two children, lives in New Jersey and is a graduate of Lawrence University.
