IMO, it only makes good sense. It appears to have seen a bottom at 2 5/8. I say that simply because all the bad news is old news. Its p/e is at a fat discount to the retail market and a bunch of retailers are showing first quarter numbers quite a bit better than last years. Many others will join us before the SME stock price train leaves the station, but just before.
