Talk Visual Unveils World's First Commercial Video-Over-ISDN to Video-Over-IP Bridging Service

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 25, 2000--

Using RADvision (Israeli) technology, Talk Visual deploys worldwide service

(OTC-BB: TVCP). TALK VISUAL CORPORATION announced today the unveiling of its revolutionary ISDN-to-IP/IP-to-ISDN commercial bridging service. The technology, provided by RADvision of Israel, allows the Company to connect - or "bridge" - the many thousands of legacy ISDN-based equipment worldwide with "newer" IP-based desktop computers configured for videocalling. It also bridges ISDN-to-ISDN videocalls. The unique service is operator mediated, and is available around the clock and around the world.

From Company headquarters in Miami, Florida, President and CEO Eugene Rosov said today "our new world-wide bridging service links any ISDN videoconference unit to any IP or ISDN video-enabled desktop system in the world - or vice-versa. With this technology, we're actually spanning two vast continents of technology - linking the IP future of video-telephony with a mature and vibrant ISDN heritage."

The Company believes that its IP/ISDN commercial service heralds a milestone in video telephony. Mr. Rosov added "we're very pleased to be working with RADvision on this project. They are a fantastic partner, with profound IP experience. Israeli quality and reliability are legendary, and we're delighted to have the top-of-the-line provider. With our 450 Sprint partnership locations, and 345 Mivnet membership locations, along with the thousands of other public ISDN and IP rooms available worldwide, we can help any corporation or individual make a videocall into most cities, into virtually any country on the planet."

The Company charges 99 cents per minute for bridging an inbound videocall (either ISDN or IP) to any ISDN or (static) IP location in the United States. A modest per-call setup fee of $3.00 to $5.00 is assessed. The service is available to public videocall rooms, private and public corporations, and individuals worldwide. Additional per-minute fees apply to international videocalls. Talk Visual operators will arrange and setup calls between the endpoints for all customers.

According to Michael J. Zwebner, Talk Visual's Chairman, "the Company is moving ahead with all due speed to offer video telephony services worldwide. With this new capability, we can link what we believe will be millions of desktop video units, with static or dynamic IP addresses, with the many thousands of existing ISDN-based systems deployed worldwide. We think this market is vast, and we intend to capitalize on it. We will continue to demonstrate implementation leadership in the commercialization of emerging technologies."
