Graeme Dales, Vice President of Resolution Energy Inc. and partners are pleased to announce that the first well of a 2-3 well program in the Clive, Alberta area is scheduled to spud later this week. REI et al Clive 13-31-39-24 W4M will test the Devonian Nisku Formation at a depth of about 2,000 meters. The second and third wells, which will also test separate Devonian oil targets, are scheduled to be drilled at Clive 7-33-41-25 W4M and at Lacombe 16-32-39-25 W4M. Each of the three wells will take about 14 days to drill and evaluate. All three wells will test separate oil targets and each will require additional development drilling if successful.
