You don't even know what inflation is. Sometimes, when the money supply is inflated, it chases consumer prices higher, like in the 1970s. Sometimes, it chases asset prices higher, like in the 1920s and the 1990s (and Japan in the 1980s). Have you looked at the amount of debt in this country? It has exploded in lock step with the money supply explosion. TOO MUCH DEBT IS BAD. I can't state it any simpler that that.
