"Today's government report showed that electronic equipment orders slumped a record 20.1 percent after a March increase of 8.9 percent. I think we still could see a rally in the afternoon as the low volume may be seen by fund managers and institutions as a cheap opportunity to push the market higher and make the tape look better.
