In a perfect world stockholders will vote down the SEG deal, new management will step in that supports stockholder value and SEG will thrive on the fast growing enterprise market.<g> In MY perfect world the deal falls apart the day the Nazdaq swoons and VRTS drops below $50. Seagate sells below $20 and I pick up lots and lots of stock.<$$g$$>
