Mrs. Hoghead,
Another excellent post. Just in my experience, the
court(s) do not necessarily agressively enforce paying
interest. I doubt Anthony had to provide much information,
as a matter of fact, I'll bet it was just a formality
that his attorney would naturally have asked for him not
to have to pay interest, just like asking for a reduced
sentence. Not to mention, it would hardly have been worth
his time, or anyone's for that matter, to "hide" his assets
to avoid paying a couple of thou in petty interest.
Let's not make too big a deal of it, yeah?

The most relevant thing you brought up was (IMHO):

"Seriously though Tony ain't our problem at this point. What about Tom and Manny et al.? I sure don't see any word from them after all this time"
