"apparently you are not an attorney..."

I will be glad to show my juris doctorate, and my law school transcripts (I graduated magna cum laude from a notable school in Chicago), if you are willing to stop referring to yourself as "we." I have been on SI for a considerable period of time. Some of the people on SI know me personally from our exchanges. I am not a "we", but an I. I have practice law for nearly 10 years, and will be more than willing to prove that.

What is the standard for libelous? Since you can rifle off meaningless allegations, it would be useful to enlighten the thread. I will be glad to recite the law in this regard if you need it.

It would appear that you have obviously little to no knowledge however about securities law, or, similarly, blue sky laws. Just out of curiosity, do you know what Blue Sky laws are? And, what color is your sky by the way in your "we" world? :o) [Joke] You are clearly an intelligent person but you (not we) seem to have too much time on your hands in following a stock which as an investment which is clearly high risk. I have owned several of this sort in my day, and have managed and advised some clients in the past in this regard. If you (not we) are investing (or have invested) large amounts of money in NKCIF, you should know the risks. These risks are clearly stated by management in their published releases and SEC filings. Do you know the standard is here for fraud? I don't mean this as a test, but rather for educational purposes. An allegation such as your, without teeth, is how my profession has gotten such a shoddy reputation. I, however, prefer the practice remain honorable.

Further, if you can find a find a lawyer who thinks your allegations of fraud and corruption are of merit, feel free to file an action. Please let me know in advance his/her name and the firm. You identity can remain anonymous if you'd like, but I want to see what caliber of lawyer you could attract for baseless allegations. I am very unhappy with NKCIF stock, but I am not one for folly - ranting and flinging charges of this magnitude will "cut off your nose in spite your face." This is not the reflection of a rational person - it would seem only rational to dispose of your holding if you felt that strongly, since an action of substantialy magnitude (not present here by a long shot - but since you believe it, let go with the thought) will not only damage the value of your investment, but will ultimately return the value of the loss recognized. Do you understand what I am saying?

I look forward to your response.....Semibull
