No, China has yanked QCOM's chain. Stock needs to work its way up on non-China merits. Better if mgmt. did not grasp at straws like this; looks desperate. OTOH, if one can anticipate good earnings this quarter, there is hope for a rebound in July. Right now, issue suffering from "diseased stock" syndrome and traders don't want to touch in spite of value. Give it some time.
