Re Insider selling
Michael may be selling to avoid embarrassment over owning 1 bil shares of his own company after the next 5/2 split. 371mm shares plus only 29 mm options would put him over the limit.
Selling shares on the open market gives us an equal opportunity to participate in the the action. (g)
