It is exactly this "Qualcomm owns the CDMA patents" line that lured individual investors to buy into QCOM at 160 bucks, 120 bucks and 80 bucks. The element of uncertainty about 3G was glossed over by the cheerleaders. Now that the uncertainty is finally damaging the stock, these same cheerleaders try to blame "market makers", "shorters", "communists", "Europeans", "Maria Bartiromo" and various other easy marks for victimization. > You have to be kidding!
