I'm seeing positive obv since the 22nd, yet it hasn't once challenged the downtrend line from 160 set on March 10th. Volume has been positive towards putting in a bottom short term, but the average trade is about 670 shares which doesn't indicate inst activity today. For trading purposes buy just under 45
