Colombian Gov't will receive 20% up front no matter what. If Ecopetrol backs in they split 50% with HEC till 60 mbo. From 60 mbo to 150 mbo Ecopete increases from 50% to 70%. At each additional say 10 mbo Ecopete gets an additional 2.75% until 150 mbo is obtained and they have 70% of the after royalty spoils. Over 150 mbo it's a flat 75% for the Colombian National Oil Co. (Ecopetrol).
