None of those encoders(with exception of Zapex/Xing) ship until next year, if ever. I have seen a lot go down trying. These are systems, the company using Matsushita's system, is using a CUBE encoder.
Hopefully, Cube will lower encoder prices, over the next year. They won't let competition in easily, and won't need a repeat of the VCD market, on the encoder side, next year.
