Why would TWX/AOL pay anything to T? T must divest and there will be no buyers for what TWX/AOL will own anyway

All due respect KB, but aren't you forgetting that Mr. Softy owns part of RR as well? If I were Mike I'd dangle that 25% in front of Steve until I got exactly what I wanted out of the deal.
