SEAC is a competitor to CCUR. Both lose money so I'm safe on this count. Anyway I liked CCUR over SEAC with its TimeWarner and Cox trials (and the announcements you posted are now rollouts in selected markets) but SEAC has been winning the foreign contracts. Also CCUR originally had SFA and then acquired a competitor with the GI tie in). I don't know what inroads SEAC has made with SFA and GI since late fall.

CCUR has also been winning contracts in the corporate and university markets.

Both SEAC & CCUR use the OBAS technology. I don't know which one is considered #1 and #2 at the momment. SEAC has small float and will move more on news.
