George, on balance the gold stocks have held up quite well lately. of course one can't expect much progress as long as the PoG remains in the doldrums. i agree with you that the 'when' continues to be the main uncertainty. but like i said before, i don't really mind how long it takes as long as the rally once it gets going is reasonably sizeable. if one year's gains are ultimately compressed into three or four weeks, that's fine with me. of course it would be nice to know the exact lift-off date...:) regards, hb
