A Few nagging questions.....What are the royalty rates for GSM (if any). Iread they are around 10% CDMA around 5%. How would a decision to not use CDMA effect their licensing to manufacture CDMA products for export? What would China stand to gain as a supporter of GSM dominated by Europe? Is their any advantage in royalties etc? These are nagging questions This all does not make any sense. I still say this is part of a scheme in their negotiations, negotiation techniques beyond our understanding. They will stop at nothing and always ask for more. What our investment community has failed to recognize is China's tactics and ability to negotiate. Don't expect a resolution soon but expect CDMA in China. I will be patient.
