In the short time I've been involved with qcom, he's stared down Ericsson, Motorola, Philips, Intel, and DDI, and each time he got his way. I believe he will teach the Chinese that the only way to get state of the art wireless technology and a proven path to 3G is to pay his price. I've gone back and reviewed Dr. J's claims over the past 18 months, and he's batting 1000. Think I'll leave my bet on the table. uf
