Questions for Canadian investors:

What is the Canadian equivalent of Chapter 11 (corporate reorganization in bankruptcy)? Is the petitioning company allowed/expected to produce a reorganization plan? To what degree does the equivalent of a creditor's committee run the show? Typically do they sluff off the common shareholders, as in the U.S.?

Not that I don't believe a thing Cowpland says, of course, but .....
