The semi-equips took another beating this week - down 13 percent. The SOX-X was down "only" 4 percent and the NASD 5 percent. Only 3 stocks were up(by 1 percent each), 2 were the same and 29 were down. Five stocks were down over 20 percent and 22 stocks were down 10 percent or more. Notice that all 4 semi-equip stocks as a part of the SOX-X were down substantially more than the SOX-X average of 4 percent.
