I updated my database with the latest earnings estimates
from Zacks. Then I determined the highest price attained
for each stock in 2000, irrespective of when it occurred
during the year. All of this data is shown in the table
below along with next years PE. Note that many stocks are
becoming very "cheap". I will present the table again in
the next post sorted by next year's PE.
