RE: "liablous v libelous"

Typos are my expertise. :o) Actually, in hindsight, I did pretty well considering the length of my post. And interesting there is an unintended double entendre (spelling :O) here.

RE: "OK, you're an attorney. You just forgot or didn't know how to spell libel."

Yes, I would judge every word i type as a true measure of my qualifications. My bill is in the mail. :o) By the way, graduated 7th in my class of 260 in law school and top 20% in my class in college. I guess that A. Lincoln, T. Jefferson and I share this inability to spell with the precision you seek. :o) Hmm...perhaps I should just run for President and skip this thread. :o)

Re: "We have extensive first-hand, real-time, in-the-trenches experience with Canadian (British Columbia, Ontario) and United States Securities laws..."

Does this mean something? What the heck is "in-the-trenches experience?" Is that a legal term. :o) Obviously I must forgotten that military training has some bearing on the practive of law?

RE: " and accordingly and furthermore strongly disagree with [some of] your position(s), and again, esecurities corporation stands by all posts pursuant to all issues of fact as documented on this SoftQuad/NewKidCo shareholder thread since q4 1996."

OK, let's cut to the chase. No more tautological statements. Disagreeing with what? That you have no legal basis? What is your legal basis? Your "in the trenches" experience must have taught you that you need some basis for a cause of action.....more than strongly disagreeing with me. I have yet learnt how to prove a negative, but how and what do you submit here as being your (a) cause of action; and (b) your evidentiary support.

RE: "Let's confine meritless, frivolous, and NewKidCo (OTC:NKCIF)(TSE:NKC) shareholder value irrelevant [personal] issues/attacks to email as you recommended."

Done. You can even get in the last word if you like. Regardless, I would like to understand the legal basis for your cause of action and your evidentiary support. Otherwise, continuing to pose this kind of rhetoric requires some check.

On a separate note, I hope you have taken some of the above tongue in cheek. Regards to "we" known as "e."
