At which tech companies does the CEO never sell stock? Probably none. My two oldest holding MDT and ORCL usually have Mr. George and Ellison performing a buy due to exercising options coinciding at the same time with smaller selling of shares. Selling shares that are less than 5% of the daily volume isn't so bad either. When someone dumps 20% of a daily volume like ATHM Jermoluk did and MLTX's Tousignant, those are red flags to me and worth watching. Jack
