CJ - This class action lawsuit is still working its way through the legal system and I'm not sure where it stands at the moment. Here is a place to start to review the original complaint. securities.stanford.edu securities.stanford.edu Novell was trying to transfer the lawsuit to the state of Utah (when I stopped following this case a couple of years ago) and I don't know for sure if that has been accomplished or not. Maybe someone else who is more current than I am can update the board with the present status of the lawsuit.
