It would be appropriate to assign Both these judges [Silberman and Williams] to the appeal. . . Leaving aside the rest of your dubious post, it's somewhat doubtful that Silberman would sit on another panel, since he recused himself from the consent decree II case. Then there's that law about going directly to the Supreme Court. . .
