You had stated that although this is good for ATHM, the John Q's of the day would be scared and sell by the talk of the prowling bear. On the mark and in the books now.

Did Institutions continue to buy today?
And why the still light volume and share price decline?
Is there perception that there is no hurry and they can load there vehicles slowly with shares to avoid spiking the price?

What will create the concept of 'need' to own this stock?

Am I missing something and misplacing my seeing this development as good for ATHM and ultimately excellent for shareholder value?

Even 'being too successful' as G put it, still generates carriage fees and many other forms of revenue streams in our direction on top of basic BB with ATHM access fees.

In this sense the bantering about of the term 'ISP' is a misnomer. ATHM IS BACKBONE and NETWORK. When they discuss ISP's the connotation for most is narrowband where you can be a Mom & Pop with a little server hooked to a phone line or multiple servers hooked to many phone lines like AOL.

ISP's are not the phone lines or the infrastructure they embody. They are not the backbone of the telephone network, they ride atop it.

When they talk of ATHM broadband as an ISP and the need to open to 'other' 'ISP's' the pundits create a confusion of meaning for readers and the listening public. This semantical mislabling- ATHM (broadband)is just like any other ISP (narrowband)- deflects value from the stock by disallowing the perception of real value for what ATHM really is. I am surprised that no one at the company has addressed this and the legion other misperceptions that abound. Perhaps once the deals close and they are on safer ground they will articulate their identity more clearly. Without it...just like the song said,

"Ball of confusion..."

Though the events themselves are shaping destiny now and it will be harder for management to miss the picture @home.

Thanks for any clarification.
