Michael, You're correct, Syquest's financial situation is still extremely dangerous, even with the recent investments and conversions. With about $20 million in equity, 95% of their shares accounted for, and a lot of uncertainty about when they might turn a profit, something is going to have to happen soon.

Their SEC filing should prove to be very interesting.
