And on that Note,
THE OFFICIAL UNOFFICIAL TIMELINE
"The ability to finance this case is not a problem." --Arnold Freilich, CEO, E-data Corporation
-E-data has filed. -Defendants were supposed to have filed on April x. -Defendants ask for and are granted a two month delay to April x filing date. -Defendants are now supposed to file on June x. -E-data will then have 30 days to respond, likely bringing us to end of July / beginning of August. -Defendants will have 10 days to respond. -All info should be in by the end of August. -Judges (working concurrently on the case)(by the way, I think, Judge in New York is now in Westminster NY and so is the NY case) mull over the information to come up with the issues for the court case. -Trial, likely in the Fall -Decision, hopefully Winter 97, or early 1998.
Don't expect the stock price to shoot up to $11 tomorrow, though, now that my attention is on the matter, ya never know [just kidding]. Don't expect a media bonanza, Justice does not want to see this case tried in the Media, and don't be afraid of seeing the truth of the patent you read.
"Because I have called, and ye refused ... I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; when your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them." --Proverbs
"Seems my preconceptions are what should have been burned." --Pearl Jam
