Wrong! Post of other day about % of shares owned by 2 mutual funds. Here's Bill Fleckenstein's detail.

"Mea culpa. . . Yesterday I said that Capital Research's position in Micron was 111 million shares and that they'd recently purchased about 71 million shares. I got that information from Bloomberg and today they changed it. What must have happened was since the stock split recently, somehow the shares got doubled counted. So Capital Research owns about 10.6 percent of the company, not 21 percent. The amount of shares that it bought in the quarter now appears to be 16.8 million, not the 71 million Bloomberg reported yesterday. I don't know how that data got into the Bloomberg system, but it did and I picked it up incorrectly. Combined, Fidelity and Capital Research own about 22 percent of Micron, not more than 30 percent. "
