Frenchfrie says FAHN short 600,000 shares and that it was proven no less. Yet FAHN was not sued. If FAHN was short all that stock where did they cover that huge short position Francois is talking about? Also if FAHN was short all that stock they would have been the reason for the price decline.

The FAHNSTOCK short has been proven here on this thread, when one of the posters wrote he'd been approached by them to cover a 650,000 shares short position...
