Well Mr. Oak, its obvious that you have not done your home work. The added AUTHORIZATION is not for distribution to management. The only part that will be ISSUED WILL be for added VALUE. If you can not trust the current management to do what is right then you don't belong here. Current management has brought this company out of the dark & dismal past & will send it UP where it belongs. Jim K.
