SA - At the time of the DoCoMo possible move to W-CDMA we had the Q acrtaully making moves to enter the Japanese operating market itself by entering the license auction. There is clearly some kind of diference. It may be the ASIC, it may be sometihng more subtle but clearly something got the Q ready to spend $billions in a Japanese auction. best regards, L
