GSM is in the US and CDMA is banned from Europe. That is a fact ...today....that means that NOK and ERICY can enjoy the benefits of teh US market while denying the same benefit to the Q in Europe. Why? Is this fair and if not then where is the Dept of Commerce or DoJ? Best regards, L
