Rudedog, it seems that there is some confusion in what is the next MSFT step! The judege has said that he will send the case to the Suprme Court as soon as possible! MSFT is talkinga about taking the case to the court of appeal! what is going on here?

Judge Jackson has shown great hostility to MSFT in this case? Why MSFT didn't ask for trail by jury? Can MSFT contest this judge for his one sided and hostile attitude to MSFT? What kind of bloody country you live in where the judge sides with the accusers? It seems that your version of Anglo-Sexon Jurisprudence is a bit shaky!

Why the judge wants to by-pass the court of appeal? He is failing to give the MSFT the due process they are entitled to!
