Elmer, Sorry to have to correct you Scumbria but Athlon loses to CuMine in virtually every modern benchmark clock for clock. But you knew that already. Perhaps you haven't heard. AMD no longer manufactures Athlons without on-chip L2. You probably are aware that Intel is unable to manufacture Coppermines that test at temperature at 1GHz. As a result, they have selling overclocked chips with special cooling. Scumbria
