Yaacov: Your observations are 100% correct. The man has been totally biased throughout the entire trial. He as judge has been as aggressive in prosecuting this case as the prosecution. And yes his conduct has been so one sided and his findings of fact so arbitrary that they might very well be overturned, albeit people claim that this would be unusual. The guy has been overturned 2x before and will undoubtedly b overturned again. Even if he sends it to the SC it is unlikely that they will grant certiori and will return it for Appellate review. The whole case has been a sham - a regular kangaroo court. Kind of like playing an away game with the referee being a member of the opposing team. Your perceptions are absolutely dead on. Even the man on the street (see CNN poll) thinks this whole thing is a farce. No harm to the consumer here. All of the other complaints have been addressed already by MSFT. JFD
