Harkenman, regarding your comment about patients "in real need of the drug can receive treatment through the IND", CEPH has agreed to provide drug to only 450 patients selected by lottery. To date, CEPH has shipped drug to only 205 patients. Since in any given year, there are between 15,000 and 30,000 ALS patients in the U.S., CEPH's treatment IND program doesn't even begin to address patients' needs. Rudy
