Unfortunately, I am not an economist. It sounds to me though like the Fed is looking out after the Big guys with our tax dollars. The irony is that we are the ones who have the clout, yet we do nothing about it. We sit here bickering amongst ourselves. I guess we get what we deserve, as we can't get everyone to acknowledge the possibility that we may be getting screwed.

I made a bad investment decision last year which almost wiped me out. The Fed didn't come to bail me out. Yet when the banks got into trouble there was moneys galore to help them out. It doesn't make sense, does it?
