mr mark, I purchased Norton System Works 2000 for my second
PC today. Made the 7 rescue disks and tried booting from the
"Basic Rescue" boot disk. Nothing happened, other than that
the floppy drive light flickered briefly. Then a single _
appeared on my otherwise black screen.

This has also happened on my other PC which uses an older version of NU.

Any ideas? Norton says my rescue set was created OK.

PS: Costco has this software for $35 [after the $15 rebate].
