i'm glad you're all set even with these flaws that we uncover, you have to admit that norton stuff is pretty neat. having the 'doctors' scanning and checking and reporting is awesome. it has taken about three years (guessing here) but i am finally discovering the nuances and appreciating the scope of what a suite like systemworks can do. especially for guys like me who are not senior systems administrators. <g3> i need a pal like peter norton enjoy your new software, gott! :) mark
