Does anyone know the status of the class action lawsuit that was brought a couple of months ago on behalf of folks who held AOL stock during 94 to 96 (or thereabouts). This was the lawsuit charging stock manipulation & insider trading -- not one of the rash of lawsuits about access and service. Many thanks! Cheers.
