Not saying that this is the case, but nobody considering JNC as the the candidate for the 5% of ILNK. Conversion has just taken place if I am not mistaken, and it wouldnt be that difficult to add another 400K+. Could be contributing factor in share price drop.

Yes the general bearishness in the markets has stocks way down from their Winter Highs, but add a dilutive factor of JNC and you are going to roll downhill while others are sliding.
