Hi, Just sent my proxy : NO for election of Sherman and Booher. NO to appointment of Haugen et al. NO to approval for more options. In fact, we shareholders should put pressure on this company to bring them to buy back shares. This is the price to pay for their greed. This gesture would alleviate the negative perception of the shareholders and the financial community. If this company plans to be a true multinational, they must stop acting like a family business and be respectful towards all their stakeholders. I'm from Europe, and believe me i've never seen such greed from insiders (except VP technology). They are playing their game as if in the long run they were all dead. Welcome to America... By the way, I would like to know the current book value of this company. I suspect they are trading near book value. Someone ?
