No, "wind" & "elon" aren't covered by the main Value Line Investment Survey. They may be covered by the Expanded Edition - but I do not know for sure. I also get the Value Line Special Situations edition - which focuses upon small cap companies that appear to be good buys. I do have a research report that is very detailed and objective on "wind". Allen Benn (sp?) is the master when it comes to knowing "wind".
