It is governed by a dictator. But it is by NO stretch of the imagination the most repressive country around. It is nowhere near the most violent country around. And it's inhabitants actually have fairly good health care and infant mortality rates are not abysmal. SO- perhaps your righteous anger should be directed elsewhere until Cuba really IS the worst place on the planet to raise children.
