Ze Gy,

Regarding my observation: Not what I initially thought it was about

and your subsequent response: This is a perfect example of what I have always believed about this method of communication.

Which goes to prove my point that, what we think about others based on what they write here is quite often false.

You'd have to refresh my memory as to what point it was which this is proof of, however, I don't think either of us, given <you know> would want to.

But I think many could write quite the paper on your suggestion and be as diverse in viewpoint ultimately proving what you've stated to be true.

However, I believe I have an intuitive sense of people in general and can glean certain attributes about them which they would not think have been noticed nor would care to have attributed to them, and no doubt those individuals could do the same to me.

Crow's piece did remind me of one person for whom I have a certain liking although I doubt the feeling is mutual. Never-the-less, the pieces having been offered I find I generally like and refuse a possible dislike of me to sway my general liking of them.

Hope you're well,

Mike

P.S. I would like to make the point that even though a piece may not be initially about what one might read it to be, such a piece can be just as poinient and therefore meaningful to the person finding meaning in it. I have many a favorite piece written by those many will never know and perhaps never read submitted by those who have posted to this thread. EX: Your piece about the ballerina.
