TB - By coincidence I installed my 7.01 upgrade from 6.52 today. I've had a problem opening existing charts, getting similar messages to what you mention. But I have no problem creating a new chart. Use FILE - NEW - CHART and navigate to the folder where you told QP2 to store the MS data and poof, there it is! I don't know if that is relevant to your situation but it's all I have to offer. ;-)
